Sleep, who needs it?

So just of late, I have been waking between 3.30 and 4.30am.  This is not the most convenient of waking times and it seems it does not matter what time I got to bed!  Last night I stayed at work till 8.30pm, then went home, had dinner and got to sleep around 10.30pm.  This morning, 3.30am....BING!  AWAKE! Sigh.  There is a lot on at work at the moment, and I have a lot on my mind.  We settle our house next week and will be without a permanent abode for some weeks or months.  This morning, I have a meeting which I am sure will be the least pleasant meeting of my life.
